An extraordinary tenant mix, a refreshingly designed lifestyle project and Whole Foods largest New England store presented a fast cosmetic opportunity to dress windows and merchandise local stores while announcing the coming soons like Kings, Yardhouse, Williams Sonoma and Brooks Brothers.

MADRID XANADU, MADRID, SPAIN

Mills first foray overseas sent 20 GO Team players to Madrid for 2 weeks, creating duets with 20 Spanish, Peruvian, German and Argentine Gypsies. Working to design stores, logos, windows, showcasing an indoor ski slope, and a Cineplex. Created the opening day investor party and press room.

VAUGHAN MILLS, TORONTO, CANADA

This well leased project had 28 vacancies out of 200 storefronts 4 months out. The GO Team and their Canadian Leasing mavens leased all but 3 to locals, reputation merchants and anchor tenants that evolved to 11 permanent deals including one for 35,000/SF.

WESTFIELD TOPANGA, TOPANGA, CA

The expansion work included showcasing late opening luxury merchants like Michael Kors, Coach, Movado, Swarovski and Tourneau. The GO TEAM created a Pop-Up food program with our Westfield Marketing partners with boxed lunches, food carts and a coffee bar. The concierge desk, parking garage wayfinding and kiosk and cart merchandising were tasks that unfolded on the job.
